Welcome to the PADC ObsTAP Portal

Introduction

The PADC ObsTAP portal provides a user-friendly interface for querying ObsCore tables worldwide. The leftmost web form, which can specify space, time, and energy constraints, generates an ADQL query. This query can be edited before being sent in parallel to approximately 40 IVOA-registered servers. Results are presented in a tabular format, including footprints and previews, and can be further analyzed using Aladin Lite and dedicated applications that are connected via the Simple Application Messaging Protocol.

Quick Start

In the left form:

Choose the source for the list of servers to query, using the Source field

PADC Registry: query the PADC servers

IVOA Registry: query all ObsCore servers worldwide

If querying servers from the IVOA registry, set the timeout according to your patience

Click on the Submit button
